Cookie 政策Cookie Policy
1. Cookie
|---|---|---|
ib_hr_token / portal_token | 保持你的登录状态（候选人门户、HR 工作台、答题页）。
landing_lang / admin_lang / portal_lang | 记住你的语言偏好（英文 / 中文）。
This policy explains how the AI Driven Screening platform ("the Platform") uses cookies and browser storage. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
1. Cookies
The Platform does not set any cookies — including advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. We do not run cookie-based cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share browsing behaviour.
2. Essential browser storage (localStorage)
To keep you signed in and remember your preferences, the Platform stores a small number of entries in your browser's localStorage. These entries stay on your device, are sent only to the Platform itself on your own requests, and are never used for profiling or advertising.
| Storage entry | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
ib_hr_token / portal_token | Keeps you signed in (candidate portal, HR workspace, exam pages). Removing it signs you out. | Until you sign out or the session expires |
ib_demo_mode | Marks a read-only demo session opened from the landing page. | Until you leave the demo |
landing_lang / admin_lang / portal_lang | Remembers your language preference (English / Chinese). | Until you clear your browser storage |
| Exam draft entries | Temporarily saves your answers while you take a written test, so a page refresh does not lose them. Cleared when you submit. | Cleared on submission |
resume_zoom | Remembers your preferred resume preview zoom level. | Until you clear your browser storage |
cookie_consent | Records that you acknowledged this policy on your first visit, so the notice card is not shown again. | Until you clear your browser storage |
3. Do we need your consent?
All storage we use is strictly necessary and functional — there is nothing to opt out of: without the session entry you could not stay signed in, and without the language entry the pages could not remember your choice. On your first visit we still show a short notice card that explains this and lets you acknowledge it; once acknowledged it stays hidden.
4. Third parties
The Platform does not embed third-party advertising, analytics or social-media scripts, so no third party receives your browsing data through cookies or storage.
5. How to clear storage
You can delete all entries at any time via your browser settings (typically Settings → Privacy → Cookies and site data → Clear data, or per-site via the padlock icon in the address bar). Signing out from a page removes the session entry automatically.
6. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected in the version date above, and — where required — announced in line with the Privacy Policy.
